| 内容記述 | An n-dimensional linear system described by a rational transfer function is structurally stable by definition if the function is free from 0 on the n-D polydisc in the complex space. A system is said to be strongly stabilizable if there exists a stable controller that makes the system stable. A topological condition was recently derived by Shiva Shankar to determine whether a system can be strongly stabilized by a complex controller or not. However, the condition for the existence of a real controller, which is of practical importance, remained unknown. Here we for the first time give the condition for the existance of a real controller, which is a deep generalization of Youla's well known parity interlacing property of 1-D system. Furthermore, computational methods based on the cylindrical algebraic decomposition of algebraic varieties are introduced to give solutions to related problems. | |||||
