| 内容記述 | Social security system after the reformation of its structure raises the issues of magnifying of inequality in right to decent living and some serious concerns of living problems. Thus, the study here is conducted as follows: First, the study presents a conclusion of the analyses of what social security is as follows: Social security is viewed from one aspect, an inclusive and comprehensive as system of quasi-value of usability, which secures under the government's responsibility the nation to live in normal conditions when the workers or the employees and their families, and all other people in the nation are endangered or put into uncontrollable situations by diseases, injuries, labor accidents, pregnancy, birth, child care, unemployment, aging, and all other socially concerned accidents and problems. Secondly, based upon the premise that social security is unified system of quasi-value of usability and quasi-value or quasi-surplus value, and taking as examples the issues of pension, medical treatment and care, and living aids, the study presents an analysis of contradictions involved in the fact that raising of quasi-surplus value involved in the charges of beneficiary and the social welfare market leads to the degradation of the quasi-value of usability in some aspects. Finally, the study discusses the problems of the development of social security and the improvement of the financial structure--the problems which used to be treated in terms of reconsideration of the public undertaking and the reinforcement of the charges of corporations. | |||||
