| 内容記述 | In this text, contradictions and the problems of the assistant benefit supply system in social welfare of the persons with disabilities are researched. First of all, the procedure of the research analyzes something as the assistant benefit supply system. In a word, the assistant benefit supply system is a social strategy in the country for the formation of class quasi-value turned to the life problem that has been generated due to the defect of the present age system of capitalism and the rule of a quasi-surplus value. And, a phenomenon expression of the essence is in the place where a quasi-value of usability of social welfare of the persons with disabilities is secured through the provision of the assistant benefit. Next, it is analyzed that a quasi-value of usability and a quasi-value and a quasi-surplus value do the union existence as a contradiction pair in the assistant benefit supply system. Finally, to attempt easing the contradiction, a quasi-value of usability is raised. In a word, the problem of the legislating of concrete right regulations in social welfare of the persons with disabilities etc is brought up. | |||||
