| 内容記述 | The social welfare system has changed in quality to the contract system of which the principle is the market welfare from the placement system by a social welfare basic structural reform. And, the contradiction of the social welfare labor expands and has became obvious under the social welfare system that changes in quality. For instance, the social welfare labor is made to be converted from the labor of the right to maintaining decent living security to the labor of the profit seeking, and the nursing welfare worker who cannot help working under a very bad working condition has been generated voluminously. And, social welfare worker's right to maintaining decent living is destroyed. In this text, something is considered to work social welfare preferable for the welfare user clarifying such contradiction. Moreover, The problem of way to grasp and the formation of the public of the social welfare labor is considered. | |||||
